Bio

I have been active all my life whether it is through the various sports I play recreationally (volleyball, basketball and running) or even just the countless amount of time I spend outdoors enjoying the sunshine. I found my passion for exercise and fitness on a career level in my final year of college, I was hit with the realization that God had gifted me with a heart to help others find a positive outlet through fitness.

I was struggling with the stress and challenges of life as we all struggle with and had to make a decision either move what moves me (my body, mind and soul) or sit and continue to be stuck and stagnant. That year I changed not only my major but my mindset and I haven’t been the same since (Thank the Lord!).

I can confidently say I love to move and be active. I want to aid you in finding your rhythm to not only getting moving but to stay moving. No matter what your goals are; passing a fitness physical, training for a 5k or a 21k, or even if you just want someone to push you and get you unstuck from what may feel like a “no growth” area.

I want to help you reach your goals. I am a firm believer that small successes lead to great victories. All I ask is that you bring some sneakers and a smile and I will bring the rest. I can’t wait to train with you.
