Keep It Simple Self Defense is back!

Wednesday Evenings
(May 7th–June 18th)
6:30 PM–8:30 PM

The KISSD (Keep It Simple Self-Defense) Class takes your fundamental skills to the next level, bridging the gap between basic self-protection and advanced combative readiness.

Designed for students who have mastered the core strikes and escapes from the beginner level, this course introduces more dynamic techniques, refined targeting, and real-world scenarios. Emphasizing the KISSD philosophy – “Use your knowledge according to your needs” – the class integrates physical training with situational awareness, threat de-escalation, and legal literacy, ensuring you can respond effectively and confidently to escalating threats while staying within your rights.

It is recommended that students bring MMA style fight gloves.

Class will be held in the Spin Studio (Lower Level)
